You can do three to four normal drain and fills and this would be about the same as a fluid exchange done right. I went to Honda to see what kind to get, and, big surprise, the only thing they would tell me was to get Honda Manual Transmission Fluid. Anyways, I want to buy the best (possibly synthetic) fluid on the market, but I dont know what brand to get, or even what weight.
