http://forumsrtex/zerothread?id=25475540one is located over the battery, the other is located in the side of the dash. First panel: If you pop your hood the battery will be on your right sid in the front of the engine bay. There is a small rectangular piece on top of the battery with a lot of heavy guage red wires going to it. That is the engine bay fuse box. Second panel: if you open your driver side car door it's under neath a panel located inbetween the door and the dash board.0It's your clockspring. It's inside your steering wheel, underneath the airbag. Controls the electrical connection to your airbag and horn. Hope this helps! Please vote/rate me!0It'll be located on the driver's side behind the bumper assembly and the wheel. You may need to remove the plastic guard in the wheel liner or under the car to gain access to it..0
2013 Vw jetta se 2.5 liter. horn is not working. I want to
Apr 06, 20172013 Vw jetta se 2.5 liter. horn is not working. I want to check the fuses first before I assume it might be the clockspring or horn that is out. However, the owner's manual no longer has the fuse diagram listed. I need a fuse diagram to locate where that fuse might be.Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. Give me just a moment in order to retrieve your information. Here is the information that you requested. I have attached an overview of the location of the fuse boxes and also a diagram of the fuse boxes for you vehicle. If you require more information on this issue and/or are not satisfied, let me know, please, and I will attempt to assist you further on this. I hope this information points you in the right direction. If you have any further questions or concerns on this issue, feel free to ask. If you are satisfied, and have found this information helpful, a positive rating would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. A positive rating does not close the session. We will still be able to communicate and I will continue to assist you with this issue as needed.I'm sorry, I forgot this one. There is a relay also. Give me just a moment, please. The relay is R1 on the diagram, and the fuse is F21 on the inside of the vehicle. The fuse is a 30amp fuse though. Both are located inside the vehicle.I mean that the fuse for the horn is locations F21 on the inside fuse box..And the relay is R1. and this box is located in the same area. The locations of the fuses are in relation to the diagram I sent. If F21 is a 20 amp in the car, then the wrong fuse may be in there. I'm sorry, you are correct. Its a 20amp. It can either be 15/20 amp. Either is fine. I was looking at the terminal.I understand. You are correct. The fuse is a 20 amp.Okay, then you should try to replace the relay. You may be able to switch it with one that is just like it and has the same number on it to see if it works. If not, then your issue is going to be the horn itself or the circuits.
