AC FAN CIRCUIT
The Automotive HVAC Condenser Fan Circuit, is in charge of extracting heat from the refrigerant outside the vehicle, by blowing outside air through it. It is placed at the front of the car, inside the engine bay, right behind the condenser unit and radiator. In many models, it is separate from the radiator fan motor.

How to Build a Simple AC Fan Circuit
With a variable resistor, we can vary the resistance of the circuit. This, in turn, varies the voltage which is fed to the AC fan. With more voltage, the AC fan runs quicker, because it's fed more power. With lower voltage, the AC fan speed runs slower, because it's fed less power. This is a common feature on most fans- the ability to vary the speed by changing the resistance of the circuit.
