ACTIVITIES TO TEACH CHEMISTRY NOMENCLATURE
Playing cards(1 deck per group of 2 students) This activity can be used as a formative assessment or as a revision activity on nomenclature of chemical formulas. Each group receives a card deck and must organize the cards using just the aces to 8’s. One student takes the red cards and the other the black cards.
