AEM WIDEBAND OUTPUT VOLTAGE
The wideband should read 14.8 and the output voltage should be 2 volts. I have always found that the output is a little off and seems to be further off the lower you go (rich). +1 for MAP ECU

A user-selectable 0-5V analog output is included and can be used with data loggers as well as most Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) systems including the AEM Engine Management System (EMS). A serial data stream is also integrated for air fuel (or lambda) ratio output Learn more

How to adjust wideband Voltage offset? - HP Tuners
Jun 18, 2008Voltage Range= Range of sensor, typically 5 Device Range= Range of AFR that your instrument is set to read. For example if you setup your LC-1 to read 10-20 AFR, then the range would be 10, the AEM ready 10-20.AEM UEGO Connection to VCM Pro, QuestionsSep 21, 2014Questioning my calculation for AEM WidebandMay 19, 2011See more results[PDF]
AEM Analog Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge Installation
The analog output from the AEM Analog Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio gauge is a linear dc voltage signal that varies from 0.5 Vdc at 8.5:1 AFR to 4 at 18.0:1 AFR over the operating range of the gauge.
AEM Wideband problem. - Hondata
Sep 06, 2004A problem with the AEM UEGO is that it's analog output is beyond the range that the Honda ECU input can read, so it can't read above about 14.3:1 A/F (3 or so). The only way around this I can see is to make a voltage divider and change the cali8bration, but so far no one has tried this.

AEM wideband output wire? - Advanced Virtual Mechanic
The white analog output wire is an output from the AEM ugo, not an input. It must be set to p4 (Nernst cell)to simulate a narrow band input to the stock ecu. When used for this purpose the stock narrow band sensor is not connected. The AEM default position is (P0). (P1) is the same as (P0), except the gauge displays lambda values.
How to Connect AEM UEGO Wideband 30 -
Connect AEM White to SCT Orange | Connect AEM Black to Vehicle Ground and SCT BLUE AEM Wideband Formula in Air Fuel Ratio = (v*2)+10 AEM Wideband Formula in Lambda = (v*057)+0 If you have any ground offsets, add or subtract them from the voltage (v). For example, for a voltage offset, ((v-)*2)+10.

Jul 10, 2014The aem unit itself produces the 0-1v output signal the ecu expects to see from the stock o2 sensor, when the rotary knob is put to p4, and the white wire is run into the ecu as the only o2 sensor

To do a basic Linear Wideband setup, grab your documentation for your WB kit and find the table that shows AFR vs analog voltage output. To use the AEM X Series as an example (it does not have a drop down option in ECMlink, so you must use LinWB), minimum voltage is 0, minimum lambda is , maximum voltage is 4, maximum lambda is 1.
