Jan 19, 2014Thanks for the replies I've learned a bit more since my first post from some people knowledgeable about SCSI/Akai devices. It turns out that the ways I was attempting to convert the connection to something other than SCSI would require a driver on the DD8 end - not built into it's software of course.
