Praxis: Alabama Educator Preparation Program Approach
Pass the required Praxis ® Principles of Learning and Teaching (PLT) test as indicated in the charts below. The PLT is not required if the individual holds a valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate or Professional Leadership Certificate or the individual elected to utilize a passing score on the appropriate Educative Teacher Performance Assessment (edTPA ® ) in lieu of the PLT.
