Feb 15, 2012Here is the wiring diagram for the central locking kit Ive got: Can someone give me a total idiot guide to wiring it in!! So far, I have connected the 'top' orange wire to the drivers door lock - my theory being that I only need to actuate the drivers door.. but now the other three doors are locking/unlocking when i touch the live feed wire to the +12v wire, and the drivers door lock isnt[PDF]

Mitsubishi Central Locking- a safety concern
Aug 26, 2016Hi All, All Pajeros and Pajero Sports do not lock automatically when the vehicle is driven, unlike the older Colts. I am not sure about the Triton models. But SWAMBO gives me a hard time when I don't lock the doors. Any ideas? I am thinking of a simple led light on the dash that is connected to the switch in the door or the relay that actives the door locks.

They gave me this below. I followed it and it worked for me. I hope others find it useful.

Jan 21, 2012my central locking has gone nutts. every time you close the door all four doors lock. when you unlock it with the key or key phob it unlocks, then locks straight back. or you have a wiring issue -usually chaffed wiringg to one of the doors.
