Aug 26, 2012Ended up buying a whole new oven. Chef appear to be pretty much bottom of the range for appliances (ovens at any rate) so not sure how much you'll be able to find online. I'd just turn each knob in turn and see what turns on/heats up if no luck in the manual search.
