CONNECTING AC RELAY
Connecting the AC Relay to DC+on the Power Supply via TB6560 internal relay. Turn off your wall socket and plug the power lead in. The AC Relay is now connected and ready for it's initial test while not under any load. Place your enclosure on a bench near the wall socket. Do not hold the enclosure during testing.

Don’t worry, here CG will guide you with the basic concepts and working of relays.!Relays were invented in 1835 by an American scientist Joseph Henry can turn on larger electrical machines and electrical appliances by sensor currents with the
How to Replace Relays for an Air Conditioner | Hunker
How to Replace Relays for an Air Conditioner By Robert Sylvus. SAVE; An air conditioner uses relays to switch the system's high-voltage parts on and off. The relay contains a low-voltage coil and a high-voltage switch, sometimes called "contact points." Lift the old relay out of the air conditioning unit. Set the new relay in its place

Controlling AC Devices with Raspberry Pi | Raspberry Pi
In this Raspberry Pi tutorial, you are going to learn about Raspberry Pi relay control. We will control the AC as well as DC device. Controlling the AC devices is dangerous because we will be using the high voltage so before controlling the AC device, we will control the DC device so that you have an idea of how the relay module is working.Author: Muhammad Aqib
How to Connect a DPDT Relay in a Circuit
How to Connect a DPDT Relay in a Circuit. In this article, we go over how to connect a Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) relay in a circuit. In order to know how to connect a DPDT relay, you must know what each pin terminal represents and how the relay works.
Signs of a Bad or Failing AC Compressor Relay
The AC compressor relay is responsible for supplying power to the AC compressor and clutch. Without this relay, the AC compressor will not have power and the AC system will not function. The AC compressor relay is no different then other electrical relays - its electrical contacts will eventually wear or burn out, and the relay must be replaced.Author: Eduardo Ruelas

What are the differences between an AC and DC coil relay
An AC relay will remain contact closed due to mechanical inertia and a little mechanical hysteresis and, the fact that an alternating north and south pole both attract the relay armature. Putting dc on an ac coil should work fine but be prepared for the resistance to be low. In other words, If relay is rated at 24 volts ac don't use 24 volts dc.
