DEFINITION OF ELECTRICAL PATH
Electrical path definition
[shôrt]An electrical path in a circuit that causes most of the current to flow around or away from some other path in the circuit. Accidental short circuits, especially between the high and low voltages of a power supply, can cause very strong current to flow, possibly damaging or overheating the circuit.

Electrical circuit - Simple English Wikipedia, the free
An electric circuit is a path in which electrons from a voltage or current source flow. The point where those electrons enter an electrical circuit is called the "source" of electrons. The point where the electrons leave an electrical circuit is called the "return" or "earth ground".

Electrical Definitions. (Example: The circuit breaker will trip during a short circuit, ground fault, and overload condition.) Conductor – Materials that allow the flow of electrons easily, including silver, copper, gold, and aluminum. Electrical wires are mostly made of copper, some are made of aluminum.
Electrical Terms - swtc
ELECTRICAL FIELD - The region around a charged body in which the charge has an effect. ELECTRICITY - The flow of electrons from atom to atom in a conductor. ELECTROCHEMICAL - The relationship of electricity to chemical changes and with the conversions of chemical and electrical energy. A battery is an electrochemical device.
Parallel Path Flow – Defined Term
Parallel Path Flow. As defined by the North American Electric Reliability Council, this refers to the flow of electric power on an electric system's transmission facilities resulting from scheduled electric power transfers between two other electric systems. Electric power flows on all interconnected parallel paths in amounts inversely proportional..

Ground (electricity) - Wikipedia
Ground (electricity) In electrical engineering, ground or earth is the reference point in an electrical circuit from which voltages are measured, a common return path for electric current, or a direct physical connection to the earth . Electrical circuits may be connected to ground (earth) for several reasons.
