Jan 27, 2011My car uses the capsule type fuses. The fuse for the blower motor melted and melted the socket so I can't stick in a new fuse. How do I have this repaired? Does the fuse box itself have to be replaced? Some have told me the fuse's circuit can be fixed by having it "bridged" with a new fuse on a new line, bypassing the melted socket.Status: OpenAnswers: 3
