IMPCO Model E and PE Regulator Converter Vaporizer Converter

IMPCO COBRA Regulator problems. SOLVED - Alternative Fuels
Sep 15, 2010I feel the impco cobra luke warm to touch, engine still runs. Ten or twelve minutes impco to hot to touch, temp gauge shows 85C., Engine fluffs, stops, wont restart until it cools down. Someone has suggested water flow problem, so I need to ask can the regulator choke off when water pressure is low or just freeze up the IMPCO?
