Leica 35-135 Imarect/ VIOOH (1940-1964) - Image Library
"The Leica 35-135 Imarect/ VIOOH (1940-1964) looks cute and is a great improvement on the VIDOM because it has two prisms, so things are laterally correct. This makes it much easier to use. LEICA IIIa (1935-1938) - Ken Rockwell
Read the LEICA IIIa user manual. Light Meters and Exposure. I use this Light Meter app or the Gossen DIGISIX. LEICA's manual suggests for the films of the 1930s, to use 1/30 to 1/60 outdoors and to vary the aperture based on lighting outdoors. LEICA suggests using 1/200 and 1/500 speeds for sports shot wide-open (films in the 1930s were about ASA 32).

What to do? To the rescue were various types of attachments: accessory rangefinders and viewfinde..See more on photoethnography

I’m completely besotted with early Leica cameras, as you can tell from the header image (1952 Leica 1f red dial with SBOOI 5cm viewfinder and FOKOS rangefinder). There is a watch-like precision, a combination of delicacy and

I have recently purchased a VIOOH finder for my Leica IIIF and the viewing window has yellowed over the years, but it is not particularly bothersome. If it is simple to make clear again, I would try it. I suspect that it
