SchemaSpy is a Java-based tool (requires Java 5 or higher) that analyzes the metadata of a schema in a database and generates a visual representation of it in a browser-displayable format. It lets you click through the hierarchy of database tables via child and parent table relationships as represented by both HTML links and entity-relationship diagrams.

Note, SchemaSpy supports Oracle OCI (-t ora) and Oracle Thin (-t orathin) as database types. To get the list of available database types: java -jar schemaspy-6.0.0-rc1 -dbhelp Configuration. You can put most configuration parameters into a file called schemaspyerties, put this file into the same directory as schemaspy-6.0.0-rc1.

The recommended approach to fix this issue is to define a set of foreign tables on Oracle's catalog tables. From there it should be possible to write a custom selectCheckConstraintsSql query for the pgsql-oracle-fdwerties file that can provide SchemaSpy with the information it requires to wire the relationships between the tables.
