Sep 26, 2010Bluesky The reason it is wired in 6-core is the spark who wired it probably did burglar alarms as well (like me) and he was tooled up with a staple gun etc so to get bell cable and clips then mess about with a hammer is a waste of time so to wire iy think about how you would wire a light circuit ie select red and black from the 6 core ( cant pick blue and brown as Brown is in the 8 core
