The only other bundle of wiring was for the radio, which had at least six wires going to and fro. It doesn't sound like I can give you anything to go on from my Fleetwood. I do have a PDF of some wiring diagrams with has a few models in it, but not an Avalon. There is a wiring diagram for "2005-present Niagara" that might reveal some info for you.
